Harris Mazda Wins 2017 DealerRater Mazda Dealer of the Year Award Award recognizes top U.S. and Canadian auto dealers who demonstrate excellent customer service as expressed by consumer reviews written on DealerRater Nanaimo, BC – January 27th, 2017 – Harris Mazda has been awarded a 2017 DealerRater Dealer of the Year Award, which recognizes auto dealerships across the U.S. and Canada who deliver outstanding customer service, based on consumer reviews written on DealerRater.ca. “Car buyers have spoken and have identified Harris Mazda as the best Mazda dealer to do business with in Canada,” said DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker. “The quality and number of reviews for Harris Mazda speak volumes of the top-notch experiences they provide to customers.”
The DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards are based on reviews by new- and used-car shoppers and those who took their vehicles into dealerships for service. Reviewers evaluated Harris Mazda on its customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience. Harris Mazda has demonstrated consistently high PowerScore™ ratings for customer satisfaction, placing it in the top of its class. We listened to today’s automotive shopper and eliminated the traditional rigid and linear sales process still found at most car dealerships and replaced it with our i-Buy Responsive Shopping Experience where we let the guest decide the path they want to take on their shopping journey. The results have been terrific with huge increases in our customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and throughput metrics.
