At most other car dealerships salespeople work on straight commission, making their income solely dependent on you spending the highest dollar amount possible. With every pre-owned purchase, customers will have 7 days following the original date of vehicle purchase to exchange their vehicle for one of equal or lesser value from the available in stock inventory of the dealer. Customers may upgrade to a vehicle of a higher value and pay the price difference. Exchanges do not include items purchased by the customer and installed on the vehicle (Example: 3M, Undercoat, Fabric Protection, Tires etc.) and any cash back that was supplied to the customer at the time of original vehicle purchase must be returned or those amounts will be deducted from the exchange price. Vehicles must be in the same condition they were purchased in. Vehicles must be physically inspected to qualify for an exchange and the actual condition of vehicle will ultimately determine the actual assessed value. The Dealer has the right to refuse a vehicle exchange based on the condition and assessment of the vehicle. If the original vehicle is financed, finance interest charges may also apply, and those amounts will be deducted from the exchange price and paid to the lender. If warranty products were purchased as part of the original vehicle purchase, cancellation fees or transfer fees of some warranty products may apply, and those fees will be deducted from the exchange price and paid to the product supplier. Vehicles sold as is or not suitable for transportation do not qualify for the exchange program.


Purchase a pre-owned vehicle and the dealership will deliver your vehicle no charge anywhere on Vancouver island.


Purchase a pre-owned vehicle and receive basic maintenance for 1 year at no charge. Basic maintenance includes two (2) no charge oil changes consisting of required oil/filter, environmental disposal fee and taxes, plus two (2) no charge exterior car washes. Value of the no charge maintenance is $210 - $475 (dependent on vehicle purchased and manufacturer requirement for oil type). Additional requested services are at the expense of the owner. One (1) no charge basic maintenance package per vehicle. Basic maintenance packages are not transferable. Vehicles sold as is or for parts do not qualify.
